RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, SoTru cannot accept returns for:

Candles
Slime

Conditions of returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value except for any damaged products.

Damaged Product Return Policy?

If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, take a picture the day you open package to show proof, and we will gladly replace it. Contact SoTru within 2 days of delivery date and product must be retuned within 7 days of delivery date. Simply return the product and we will pay for shipping and send you a new product once your return product tracking is in root.

Ordered the Wrong Candle Return Policy?

Maybe you ordered the wrong Candle in this case, we can exchange the candle to the correct scent. It must be exchanged within 2 days of delivery date (must be unused and unlit), buyer must simply pay the return shipping costs. Product must be retuned within 7 days of delivery date. Simply return the product and we send you a new product once your return product tracking is in root.

Ordered the Wrong Size Apparel Return Policy?

Maybe you ordered the wrong size in this case, we can exchange the swag to the correct size.
